Welcome to Aurelia Psychology: A platform outside of psychotherapy, by psychologists, to help guide you towards better emotional health.
Perhaps, you have never done any psychotherapy, but you would like some guidance and support. Or, you need boosters in between your psychotherapy sessions. Or, you just want to learn more about yourself and your relationships.
Here, you can find the support you may need, to work through your most important relationships.
Yes, we are talking about your relationship:
We believe that optimal emotional health and well-being is not only necessary but also achievable. We also believe that your emotional health reflects in how you relate to yourself, to others, and to your work. So, we are here to guide your most important relationships.
If you like to reflect on the way you’re living and you are open to change, then you have come to the right place!
We are human beings first and psychologists second. We are working mothers living a life not that different from yours.
We believe in your innate human need for connection, your inner wisdom and your natural ability for transformation. We are here to support you to connect with yourself and others more consciously, to access your inner wisdom, and to live a more fulfilling life.
We draw from our collective knowledge of all the years of work with our clients, our own inner work, and psychological research. We create services and content to provide you with readings, exercises, workshops, videos, and more to guide you in the areas of your life that you want to improve.
We will continue to work hard to share Aurelia Psychology with you. Take what you find useful here and leave what’s not. Please, be in touch with us to tell us what you find transformational. Also, don’t hesitate to get in touch with questions. We would love to hear from you!
